Rajinder and Madhu are some wonderful friends me met several years ago in Rajasthan. They came to Christ through some of our friends who introduced them to us. They have seen the power of God at work in their lives in many ways. Madhu was illiterate when she came to Christ, but she had a strong desire to be able to read the Bible. She asked God to open the Book to her. Instantly she could read and understand the Bible.

Seven years
ago I met Kul Bahadur at a seminar we held in Darjeeling, India. After six
years I met him again last year at a gathering in Kathmandu. He had been
blessed by our teaching and put it into practice. During those six years he had
been instrumental in starting six churches. Three of them were quite big and
the others quite small, he told us.

I am so happy to be able to share some good news from Nepal. Our covenant friend Henry has just been visiting some very remote areas in Nepal. He is proclaiming the Gospel of the Kingdom of God in words and deeds. Nepal is going through a very difficult time at the moment. The political situation is unstable. New laws have been proposed that will represent a setback for the religious freedom the people are enjoying at the moment. In the midst of this the Kingdom of God advances in Nepal.
