We have been through a dramatic car accident in India and have just arrived back home in Norway one week after the serious event. We have been overwhelmed by the love and care from the covenant community in India and in Norway. We have had phone calls, SMS, emails, etc. from many of our covenant friends. It has been very moving to hear all the kind and encouraging words. Many covenant communities in India have been fasting and praying for us after hearing about the serious accident we met with.
I love being part of the new covenant community. Here I am accepted as I am and I am loved unconditional. In the covenant community I am protected by faithful friends who speaks the truth in love to me. In the covenant community I am covered by the prayers of the saints. The words of covenant friends bring healing to my entire being.
During the week that has past since this accident took place we have really experienced the love and care of the covenant community. It is not a lofty idea. The covenant community actually works in wonderful ways. We are so grateful to the Lord Jesus Christ for his goodness and kindness towards us in the middle of this dramatic event through the new covenant community.
